  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened sunscreen products.
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start (before it is unsealed) until the issue is clearly visible. This video is necessary to verify the condition of the product and qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • Without the unboxing video, we cannot process refund or replacement requests.
  • Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
